- Garden Lofts: each residence features its own individual entrance from the street through a private garden, which leads to the first level of the loft. The apartments can also be accessed through the main entrance of the building or from the parking area. The Garden Lofts range in size from 1,150 to 1,450 square feet, plus from 400 to 800 square feet of open spaces (balconies, patios, gardens).

- Penthouse Lofts: located on the third and fourth floor of the building, feature spectacular private roof-terraces on the top floor, in addition to the spacious balconies. The lofts can be accessed from the third level through stairs or elevators, either by the main entrance or the parking area.
